We have a new necessity in our rapidly changing future: Information Access.

We, the people, must pay the going rate. The Internet providers have given many choices to the upper class, while the lower class and rural have no choices at all. There is no incentive to allow the disadvantaged to start this race to the future with the affluent society.

The large providers are claiming their right-of-ways, and we have become only eyeballs. Our government representatives have abandoned us to listen to the wealthy companies, and we have become the cattle in the field.
